Refund policy Returns and Exchanges
If for some reason you are unhappy with your product you can return it to us for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving the item.
In order to qualify for a refund or exchange your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We are unable to accept bits for a refund or exchange unless for some reason the bit is faulty.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received and refunded your returned item.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will happily exchange any item returned to us within 14 days of it being received and it being in original condition with tags etc, Shipping To return your product, You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance so that if the item is not in transit you can make a claim with the courier.
